Tasmanian customers unhappy with the outcome after contacting TAB may submit a complaint directly to the Tasmanian Liquor and Gaming Commission at The complaint must be in writing and include your name and address, and sufficient detail to identify the operator and incident relating to your complaint.

Alternatively, you may use this form to generate a complaint that may then be forwarded to the Tasmanian Liquor and Gaming Commission. Otherwise, you may download and submit your complaint using the following gaming and wagering complaint form.
