How do I claim a lost ticket?


With the temporary closure of all TAB outlets & agencies, to reduce the spread of COVID-19, Please contact the TAB Customer Contact Centre on 1800 823 888 for any lost ticket queries.

If you have lost or irreparably damaged a ticket that you purchased from a TAB Retail Outlet, TAB may be able to locate your particular bet from our wagering system and pay you your expected dividend.

To process a lost ticket claim, please visit your local TAB Retail Outlet and one of the Team Members will be able to assist you to process this claim.

Note: A $5.50 claim fee applies to the lost ticket claim process.
