  1. Sign / Log In to your TAB account at


  2.  Click / Tap ' Account' and from the top menu


  3. Select 'My Details' from the account menu


  4. Select the 'Self Exclude' button on the My Details page


  5. Select 'Self Exclude My Account' to open, read information and follow on-screen prompts to complete the self exclusion process.

  1. Open the TAB App and tap 'Account' from the bottom navigation
  2. Sign / Log In to your TAB account
  3. In the accounts tab, select 'Self Manage'
  4. Select 'Self Exclude' from the menu that appears
  5. Read information and follow on-screen prompts to complete the Self-Exclusion process.
