How can I reverse my credit or debit card deposit?

A Debit/Credit card deposit reversal cannot be completed online, it can only be completed by our Administration Team.

Any funds deposited to your account via Credit/Debit cards cannot be withdrawn as clear funds, they must be reversed back to your Debit/Credit card or used for future purchases.

Please be advised that this process can take seven to ten business days before the funds appear on your bank statement.
