All claims concerning any transaction over the phone or through the Internet on the TAB website should be directed to TAB Customer Contact Centre.
Error complaints can be lodged via phone on 1800 TAB 88 (1800 823 888) or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please lodge these claims as soon as you notice any errors. The general response time on error complaints is within 3 working days.
All investments placed with TAB by telephone are governed by the TAB Account Betting Conditions of Use.
