What if I don't want to verify online?

Our online verification system is secure, and complies with all industry and government guidelines, but if you are not comfortable submitting your details online you can take your identification Documents to any TAB Retail Outlet  (Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory) or you can use the Australia Post Identification Form which can be lodged at any Post Office.

If you are residing outside Australia or cannot use the Australia Post form you will need to use the Acceptable Referee Form and forward the completed form to PO Box 248 Albion 4010, Fax to 07 3862 3095 or email to support@tab.ubet.com.

One of these options must be used as it is a requirement Under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML) Act that you provide sufficient identification to enable you to open and operate an online account.
