Why can't I use my drivers license to verify?

Our online identification system accesses public databases to verify your identity. Some states do not have a public database for their driver’s licences or provide such limited information that it would not assist you to verify your account online. If you have an Australian or Foreign Passport you will be able to use this as your Primary ID.

Another option is to take your identification Documents to any TAB Retail Outlet (Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory) or you can use the Australia Post Identification Form, which can be lodged at any Post Office.
