Why can't I deposit?

There may be several reasons why you can’t deposit to your account.

If you’ve visited one of our UBET Retail Outlets and were unable to deposit, your account may have a suspension or restriction on it. Please call our Customer Contact Centre on 1800 UBET 88 (1800 8238 88) for further assistance.

If you’re unable to deposit via your debit/credit card there may be one of the following problems:

I have successfully deposited before but I’m unable to deposit now

Please check that the expiry date registered on your UBET.com account matches the expiry date on your card. To change your credit/debit card expiry date, log in to your account, click on "ACCOUNT" then click on "Deposit Funds". Choose the type of card you are wanting to update, click on the card and then click on the "UPDATE" button (next to the last four digits of the card). You can then use the drop down menu to update the expiry date.  Once this is done, don't forget to hit "SAVE".

If your credit card number has changed however, you will need to register a new card.

I have not successfully deposited using this card before

One of the common reasons that some credit cards are unable to be used on our site is that some card issuers do not allow deposits for online gambling. Please refer to your card issuer to see if this restriction applies to your card. Please note that this restriction applies to credit not debit cards.
